(You can stop by the office
before the weekend, Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 4
pm, to make payment for your space, or pay
when you arrive on the weekend to set up.)

Wed: Marketplace is Closed
Sat & Sun:
9 am to 4 pm
(The gates open @ 7:30 am for set up on Sat and 8:30 am for
all other days.)
All vendors must sign a Vendor Agreement, which needs
to be on record in the office during Marketplace hours.
Vendors must also comply with the Rules and Regulations that
are applicable to our vendors. Please

All items on outdoor tables must be removed by 5 pm each day
(or covered and secured if staying two days. Leave on
site at your own risk.) There is no nightly security,
and we cannot be responsible for items
left unattended after that 5 pm.

You will be emailed a Checklist and Rules and
Regulations form. Print out and complete the Rules
and Regulations form and bring a signed copy with you
when you come to set up for the day or weekend. We
will keep your application on file for up to a year, so
you will not need to bring a signed copy with you each
time you participate.

FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER
we are providing space for artists to display
their artwork or crafts both inside and outside at the Marketplace. We have permanent space as well as weekend space available
both inside and outside.
If your space is outside,
you can reserve space in our canopy-covered area. You can also bring
your own tent
to display and sell your work.

October Days event.
To display your artwork in our outdoor
Marketplace in the month of September, complete the
following form.
You will then be emailed a Rules and Regulations
form, which needs to be signed and brought with you when you arrive
at the Marketplace. We will keep your signed Rules and Regulations
form on file for up to a year so you won't need to bring it with you each
time you set up to sell your work.

Along with a variety of "fried pies" (apple, peach,
blueberry, etc.) we'd like vendors of food items such as pulled pork
sandwiches, Kettle corn, fried chicken, hush puppies, black-eyed
peas and corn bread, Brunswick stew, Funnel cakes, sweet potato pie,
boiled peanuts and sweet tea. We'd also like to offer fair food such
as caramel apples, corn dogs, hamburgers, cheese fries, bloomin'
onions, caramel corn, cotton candy, etc. We'd also welcome
ethnic cuisine, baked goods and other tasty treats.
