The Ellijay Outdoor Marketplace & Flea Market is open during the warmer months of the year.  We invite you to stop, shop and visit awhile! 

Take some time to chat with the local craftsmen and artists that man our outdoor booths. They offer one-of-a-kind items at great prices that you just won't find at a department or franchised discount store!

You can plan a trip to the North Georgia mountains any time of the year.  There's always something to do! 

In the spring the apple blossoms are spectacular and the fishing is great!  Summer is perfect for camping, hiking, fishing, swimming, rafting and more!  In the fall, enjoy apple picking as well as browsing the many shops that dot the landscape and offer great deals on antiques and collectibles.  You can also get great meals at local restaurants with a dash of Southern spice and charm. 

Renting a cabin in the woods or reserving space in one of the area hotels and exploring area parks, lakes and waterfalls or just sitting back and relaxing makes for a great weekend vacation!

Festivals and fairs are particularly popular events in North Georgia.  In October, the Apple Festival attracts thousands of families to Ellijay. 

In December, Ellijay hosts a Christmas Parade; and at the Marketplace, we help you prepare for the holidays with discounts and specials at our Holiday Open House.  

Ellijay Marketplace is open throughout the year, and we have expanded our indoor auction gallery to accommodate a growing group of auction goers.   Stop by any Friday for a fun and exciting night of bidding!

Check out a constantly changing selection of antiques, collectibles, vintage furniture, tools, equipment and more.  We occasionally auction featured items, such as large equipment and automobiles from our parking lot or on location. 

(We will go to off-site locations to auction estates and business equipment or inventory, on request.)   

Munch on a free bag of popcorn,  find a chair and settle in for a fun and interesting night of live bidding.

ANTIQUE RENOVATION SERVICES AND CUSTOM DESIGN

A piece that you pick up fairly inexpensively at auction could be a vintage or antique item that will not only be made functional but can be worth a whole lot more if it is restored to its original specs.  The ability to have a purchased item renovated by our local expert, Greg Leymaster, gives you another avenue to think about when considering a purchase.  READ NEWSLETTER ARTICLE

Once you sign up, you will be emailed a Checklist and a Rules and Regulations form.  Print out and complete the Rules and Regulations form and bring a signed copy with you when you come to set up.  We will keep your application on file for up to a year so you will not need to bring a new signed copy with you each time you come to sell.  Once you have completed an application, you will also be on our list to receive vendor notices and information about upcoming events.
